Hard copies of personal information will be destroyed within 1 month of the completion of a course or activity.
Personal information pertaining to Children under 16 years old will be deleted within 30days of the completion of their activity or course.
The only exceptions being; In the event of an accident or incident where a formal report has been drafted we must by law retain personal information for up to 5 years. These will be kept locked and in secure premises.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We will not ask you for your password.
